Postage Costs

All on-line orders will be charged at a flat rate of £4.99. Therefore the larger your order the cheaper the price of each bottle.

Shipping is free for orders of £30.00 or over within the UK. 

Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days but may take upto 5 days. 

Please note: If you order 40 bottles then your order will come in 2 boxes of 20 and may arrive on different delivery slots. 

European Postage Costs

We now ship to the following countries via our website up to £90 (30kg). 

Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

If you'd like to order over £90 worth of products then please email us for shipping costs. 

If your country is not listed here it means costs may be very high to ship to you however, please email us and we'll do our best to help you.

Handling & Processing

All of our online orders are sent from a food distribution company called Superfood Market based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. 

All deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. You can track your order here Track Your Item

Please allow 1 working day for your items to be processed and packaged. 

Your order will usually arrive within 2-4 working days once processed.

Royal Mail do not delivery on Weekends.

Packaging & Materials

We pack all orders using recycled, biodegradable materials - from the box to the bubble wrap - your order has not be processed at the expense of our environment. 

Our boxes / paper are not oil coated and will biodegrade safely if not recycled. 

Our bubblewrap will safely biodegrade in 12-24 months in landfill and contains no harmful hydrocarbons. 


After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return by contacting us on the email address below. Once opened, due to hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed and shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled.
