Postage Costs

All on-line orders will be charged at a flat rate of £4.99. Therefore the larger your order the cheaper the price of each bottle.

Shipping is free for orders of £30.00 or over within the UK. 

(Please note that discounts codes cannot be applied in retrospect of an order).

We now ship to the following countries via our website up to £90 (30kg). 

Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

If you'd like to order over £90 worth of products then please email us for shipping costs. 

If your country is not listed here it means costs may be very high to ship to you however, please email us and we'll do our best to help you.

Handling & Processing

All of our online orders are sent from own warehouse in West Yorkshire. 

All deliveries will be sent via DHL Express with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. You can track your order here; Track with DHL

Please allow 1-2 working day for your items to be processed and packaged. 

Your order will usually arrive the next day once processed.

If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver your parcel then you may rearrange your delivery at DHL On Demand Parcel Redelivery. You will need your tracking number for this.

Packaging & Materials

We pack all orders using recyclable materials - your order has not be processed at the expense of our environment. 

Returns

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return by contacting us on the email address below. Once opened, due to hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

If your parcel is damaged then you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. 

Once you have received a tracking number, it has been processed and shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.
