'Firecracker' Ginger Kombucha Smoothie Recipe

Boost Your Energy Every Morning With This Punchy Smoothie Recipe!

Everyone loves that zingy kick of ginger during the early hours to power through the day! We carefully crafted a smoothie that combines both the sweetness of coconut and honey whilst giving your body the alkalising effects of turmeric, ginger and lemon. If this doesn't start your morning well, we challenge you to show us what does! :)

Ingredients:

1 cup of Coconut Yoghurt

1 teaspoon of fresh or ground Turmeric

1 tablespoon of fresh Ginger

1 Banana

2 x tablespoons of Honey

Half cup of Oats

Juice of ½ Lemon

½ to ¾ Ginger Kombucha
