Raspberry Kombucha Fizz Mocktail

The Taste of a classic English Summer

Ever wondered what the perfect picnic thirst quencher might look like? Look no further, this hydrating raspberry fizz kombucha mocktail will get you through the long, hot summer. Serve in cocktail glasses with a fruity garnish to be fancy!

Here's what you need:

150g fresh raspberries
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp agave
I bottle Raspberry and Elderflower Kombucha

Blend the raspberries with the lime juice and agave until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove the raspberry seeds. Spoon into two glasses and then pour over the Kombucha. Stir and enjoy!
To create a sugar rim on your glasses rub a little lime juice around the rim and then press onto a plate sprinkled with sugar.
