Full Terms & Conditions

  • This promotion is only open to mainland UK residents excluding Highlands and Islands. 
  • To participate, customers must share the unique 20% off codes included in the Culture Club email with their friends and family. Every code that is used to place an order by a new customer will be recorded. The person who has the most used codes on Sunday 26 October 2025 will receive 6 months subscription to Equinox Kombucha.
  • In the event that more than one person records the maximum number of used codes, the winner will be picked at random.
  • The value of the 6 month subscription prize will be based on the latest subscription order placed by the winning customer.
  • The competition will open on 24 Sept 2025 and close on 26th Oct 2225. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
  • One winner will be selected by random from all valid entries after the competition closes; the Promoters decision is final.
  • The winner will be notified via the email they have provided and will have 48 hours from the time of the notification to claim his/her prize by confirming the relevant details required. If the winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
  • The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  • Equinox Kombucha accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Equinox Kombucha reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
