Hopbucha is an exciting new brew that brings together the rich tradition of British beer-making with the functional power of kombucha to create hoptimum refreshment. The innovation has already won over the judges at The Guild of Fine Food, who awarded Hopbucha a coveted Great Taste Gold Award.

To create Hopbucha, we teamed up with iconic beer producer, Theakston Brewery. Our MD, Andy met up with Theakston’s boss, Richard Bradbury, to discuss the inspiration and the skill that went into creating this uniquely refreshing alcohol-free kombucha.
