We're confident that you'll love our kombucha and we work hard to make sure every order arrives in tip-top condition. If you have any issues at all, please email us info@equinoxkombucha.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

Please note, once you've received a tracking number, your order cannot be changes or cancelled - you'll need to start a return instead.

Use the form below to start your return. Any item can be returned for a refund as long as it's unopened and returned in the original packaging. All returns must be started by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the order. The reason for the return must be clearly stated on the form or in an email to info@equinoxkombucha.com

For hygiene reasons, we can't offer a refund on opened goods unless the product is faulty.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You are responsible for the return postage, which will be refunded in the case of a faulty product.

If your parcel is damaged then you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
