Postage Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within the UK, including Channel Islands and IOM.

(Please note that discount codes cannot be applied after checkout).

European Postage Costs
Please email us info@equinoxkombucha.com for orders outside the UK and we’ll give you a quote for delivery.

We ship to the following countries up to £90 (30kg).

Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

For orders over £90 please email us info@equinoxkombucha.com to arrange a bulk delivery.

If your country is not listed above, it means costs may be very high to ship to
you. However, please email us and we’ll do our best to help you.

Handling & Processing
All online orders are sent from our warehouse in West Yorkshire. Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to be processed and packaged. Your order will usually arrive the next day once processed.

Deliveries will be sent via DPD Local with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. You can track your order here; Track with DPD 

Packaging & Materials
We pack all orders using recyclable materials.
