Mairi Rivers puts a refreshing twist on the classic Peach Bellini with a splash of Peach & Turmeric Equinox Kombucha! Bring friends and family together this Christmas with a sharp and sweet cocktail that’ll be sure to please everyone. And, because of the addition of Kombucha these are lighter in alcohol than a normal Bellini so you can go on drinking them all day!
Makes 2
Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- Peach & Turmeric Kombucha
- 2 peaches plus one to garnish if you wish
Method:
- Quarter the peaches, peel and then blend until smooth.
- Spoon 2-3 tbsp of peach puree into 2 champagne flutes.
- Pour in the Peach & Turmeric Kombucha to come about 2/3 of the way up the glass.
- Stir gently to mix the puree.
- Top up with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of peach.
If you can’t get fresh peaches then you can use tinned peaches in juice instead.
