kombucha – a lush mix of tart rhubarb and sweet red apple with added functional benefits from Lion’s Mane mushroom, used for its positive effects on cognitive function, mood and gut health.

All our bottled drinks are 100% Organic, Raw, Vegan and Gluten Free. Comes in 275ml glass bottles in fully recyclable packaging. Bottle contains a minimum 35% recycled glass.

All shipments are sent by DPD and you’ll be provided with a tracking number. Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days and will usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. 

Our Kombucha is fresh so please store it in the fridge to prevent the fermentation process from continuing in the bottle. Do not store your Kombucha at warm temperatures, especially for long periods of time as this will cause further fermentation, spoilage of flavour and potentially cause pressure to build in the bottle. It’s perfectly safe for your Kombucha to be out of the fridge for a few days during transit so don’t worry about good bacteria being harmed.

Our Summer Solstice Edition Rhubarb & Red Apple with Lion’s Mane kombucha balances the rounded sweetness of rosy apples with the unique sharp and fruity flavour of rhubarb for a classic, sparkling kombucha inspired by long days in a country garden.

It’s brewed with antioxidant rich Lion’s Mane mushroom, an adaptogenic ingredient which is celebrated for its power to reduce inflammation, support the nervous system and regulate mood. We’ve also added Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to enhance the flavour with a little sea air and help maintain your electrolyte balance during those long hot summer days.
