It’s London Cocktail Week! To celebrate, we’ve worked our magic on another delicious cocktail recipe for you to enjoy, Tropical Peach Punch. Inspired by Caribbean beaches and hazy summer afternoons, our Tropical Peach Punch is packed with fruity flavour and expertly blended with our sweet and spicy Peach and Turmeric Kombucha. Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 25ml white rum
- 25ml orange curaçao
- 25ml peach schnapps
- 25ml pineapple juice
- 25ml orange and mango juice
- 50ml Peach & Turmeric Kombucha plus extra to top up
- Ice
- Peach slices, pineapple slices and leaves and cocktail cherry to garnish
- Cocktail umbrellas and paper straws
If you are making a large jug then add mango pieces and strawberries to the jug
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker mix together the rum, curaçao, schnapps and fruit juices with plenty of ice.
- Strain into an ice filled tall glass and then pour over the Kombucha.
- Stir gently then garnish with a cocktail stick with pineapple leaves, a piece of pineapple, peach
slice and cocktail cherry. - Add an umbrella and colourful straws and enjoy!
To make a larger quantity mix everything in a jug along with the ice and add peach slices, mango
and strawberries.
