Full Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is only open to mainland UK residents excluding Highlands and Islands. 

• To participate, users must be followers of the @equinoxkombucha & @bioandmeuk Instagram pages, like the competition post, and submit their email on the giveaway landing page to be entered. 

• The competition will open on 10th Feb 23 and close on 26th Feb 23. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.

• One winner will be selected by random from all valid entries after the competition closes; the Promoters decision is final.

• The competition prize will cover £100 worth of Equinox Kombucha and £100 worth of Bio&Me mixed products. 

• The winner will be picked at random by the Equinox Marketing team in a prize draw from all valid entries received and conducted within 1 working day of the closing date. 

• The winner will be notified via the email they have provided and will have 48 hours from the time of the notification to claim his/her prize by confirming the relevant details required. If the winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

• The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

• All entries must be submitted directly by the entrant. No bulk or third party entries, or those entries not in accordance with entry instructions, will be accepted.

• Equinox Kombucha & Bio&Me accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Equinox Kombucha & Bio&Me reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

• By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram / Facebook. All entrants and participants must recognise this release of Instagram / Facebook.
