Christmas Party Ideas – Miso and Thyme Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A great way to incorporate tasty greens into your Christmas dinner paired with our Ginger Kombucha

Want to get your kids eating the greens in the most tastiest way this Christmas? This recipe is bound to be a hit with all the family! Miso is fermented like Kombucha, and we think this recipe pairs really well together!
Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients: (serves 4 – as a side)
- 300g brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
2. Prepare the brussels sprouts then place them on a baking tray.
3. Mix together the olive oil, miso paste, maple syrup and lemon juice then drizzle this over the Brussels sprouts making sure each one is coated in the dressing.
4. Place in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes. After this tine crush the garlic cloves and add to the sprouts as well as the fresh thyme and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Place back in the oven for a further 8-10 minutes until the sprouts are perfectly crispy.
