Christmas Eve Wild Berry Gin Sparkler
A Christmas Kombucha cocktail featuring our delicious Wild Berry!

Christmas eve couldn’t be merrier if you ring in midnight with some delicious Kombucha cocktails! We think gin is the perfect match with our Wild Berry Kombucha!
To make the Wild Berry Gin Sparkler, follow the steps below:
- 50mls pink gin
- 100mls Wild Berry Equinox Kombucha
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 5 mls Grenadine
- 200g raspberries for ice cubes, optional
1. Mix together the gin, Kombucha, lemon juice and grenadine. Serve in a large glass with ice and a slice of lemon.
2. If you wish to make the raspberry ice cubes simply puree the raspberries and pass through a sieve to remove the seeds. Mix with an equal quantity Wild Berry Kombucha and freeze in ice cube trays until firm.
