How do we make our new Espresso Coffee Kombucha?

In the same way we brew and ferment our tea drink of course. We take Arabica Coffee beans brew and ferment them with our special Kombucha Culture. We don’t just add coffee, we ferment it. So it’s just as good for you as our green tea drinks. Savor the smooth coffee aroma, and refreshing kombucha fizz. Packed with antioxidants, naturally occurring acids, means it tastes good and does good too! All of our kombucha teas contain live cultures and naturally energising enzymes. Giving you a natural lift!

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Our Kombucha is fresh so please store it in the fridge to prevent the fermentation process from continuing in the bottle. Do not store your Kombucha in warm temperatures especially for long periods of time as this will cause further fermentation, spoilage of flavour and potentially cause pressure to build in the bottle. It’s perfectly safe for your Kombucha to be out of the fridge for a few days during transit so don’t worry about good bacteria being harmed.
